Do you suppose Ralph Nader makes money every time he runs for president? Is it that he is just very, very bored since he killed off the Corvair? Those are the only two reasons I can think of. If someone else knows, please enlighten.

John, knowing a number of bosses over my long life, I have come to the conclusion there is a difference between people who want to lead, and those who necessarily don't. Whether its a brain cell difference or the endorfens (sp?) that kick in when someone is in front of a microphone in front of a large crowd. These people are just different! They desire power and enjoy the feel of it. The power can be used for the good, or to enhance the power seeker! Depends on how it is used! I have had bosses, we all have had bosses and they only care about one thing...who can they step on to get ahead and move up the food chain! And I have had bosses who really care about their employees and actually try to motivate them, "coach" them, and help them achieve the person's goals in life whatever they may be.

I think Ralph is sincere and truly wants to lead and feels compelled to make this country greater and better. By the way, I did not say that Ralph would be a good leader!
